Just follow these steps …

- Sit down, relax, take a deep breath, and at the top of the breath …
. - Feel your mind go still.
. - As you slowly exhale, feel the stillness flowing down into your body.
. - Note the feelings of relaxation in your body.
. - Now imagine a little balloon floating around your head, except picture this little balloon as looking like a brain.
. - Notice how this little brain balloon floats around and above your head.
. - Now you can simply allow that little brain to be the brain that has all the sadness and worry, and see that sadness and worry floating around for a few seconds.
. - Now allow the little brain of sadness and worry to simply float away, further and further away, until it disappears in the distance.
.. - Take another deep breath, let it go, and come back.
